| NUTRITION COUNSELING 101 |
- Initial nutrition assessment to determine food habits, current status and energy demands An informational packet will be emailed or mailed (depending on your preference) including nutrition literature / handouts
- Brief phone consultation to determine needs, preferences, and goals
- The customer will complete a three day food diary & will receive a computer generated diet analysis
- Nutrition guidance (via email or phone) based on diet analysis and your specific goals
- After completing Nutrition Counseling 101, receive a discount on additional nutrition counseling services: Performance Fueling, Maximum Performance, or Race Day Nutrition Strategy
